Hi, I am McKenna Olson.

I am from the Underwood/Coleharbor area in North Dakota. I am currently going to school at NDSU. When I was younger my dream job was to be a photographer, now I am doing a photography side job! Along with photography, some of my other hobbies are spending time with family and friends, traveling, enjoying Lake Sakakawea, and cheering on my Green Bay Packers!

When I was in the fifth grade my mom got a nice cannon camera to take photos of my younger brother and I in sports and all of our other school activities. I always loved taking her camera and photographing the beautiful ND sunsets and our two labs. Taking photos during harvest time when my dad was combining was particularly my favorite though, especially when he was combining wheat!

In the spring of 2021, I got my very own camera! I was so excited. In the summer of 2021, I photographed three friends that were going to be seniors. Some people who saw those pictures said I should advertise and start a photography side job, so that is exactly what I did!
